Drew Shulman, DMD

Dr. Drew Shulman has been in practice for over 25 years and is a caring cosmetic dentist committed to providing his patients with the latest advances in aesthetic dental care. Continuing education in the latest techniques and technologies is very important to him. The State of Pennsylvania requires dentists to take only 15 hours of continuing education per year. Dr. Shulman has taken over 1100 hours in the last 8 years, of which 125 hours have been in Sedation Dentistry through the Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation (DOCS). He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support as well as IV Sedation by the Pennsylvania State Board of Dentistry. He has been awarded a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry. Fellowship is awarded to less than 5% of the dentists in the nation. It symbolizes excellence in the dental profession and a commitment to providing exceptional dental care. In 2007, Dr. Shulman received an “America’s Top Dentist” award by the Consumers Research Council of America. He is a member and lecturer of the Pennsylvania Academy of General Dentistry PEAK Program and has been published in dental journals. He is also a member of the International Team for Implantology, The Northeast Implant Study Club, The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Dental Association, The Pennsylvania Dental Association and The Philadelphia Dental Association.

Dr. Shulman graduated from Muhlenberg College where he received a degree in Natural Science and Mathematics. After college, he received a Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he received further training in a General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Shulman is married and has two sons.
